10 weeks counselling (online or in-person) 20 weeks employability support (online) 3 day residential with workshops & LGBT+ guest speakers

We provide a range of support to underrepresented groups such as care leavers, refugees, members of the LGBTQ+ community and members of the global majority.
Our holistic and long-term approach includes 10 weeks of counselling, 20 weeks of employability support and a 3-day residential.

The Empower4 project is a proposed programme led by Health and the VCS sectors to significantly increase the employability of young adults who face inequalities. Providing young adults in North London with structured vocational training, industry exposure, and mentorship across STEM/Robotics, Health and Social Care, Law, and Creative Arts A focus on skills development and mental health support to ensure a holistic approach to employment readiness.
